INVESTS $1 MILLION TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Internet Navigator has begun an extensive program to
better support our customer base with improved services
and programs.
Over the next several months, well be expanding our
customer service center, adding new equipment, and
introducing exciting new programs developed specifically
for the needs of our customers.
Our goal is to offer custom-designed programs to meet
the needs of our local customers, not the cookie
cutter service national companies provide.

NEED YOUR HELP!
We will be conducting a series of focus groups at our
offices on the following dates:
Wednesday February 12 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Full)
Monday February 17 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. (2 seats left)
Spaces for the 17th focus group are being reserved quickly. To insure your space,
contact us immediately.
Well be asking for your feedback on our current
strengths and weaknesses, changes you would like to see
made, ideas for new programs and any other input to help
us better serve you.
